The 2025 Energy HPC Conference will be held in the BioScience Research Collaborative in Houston, TX, at Rice University. The venue features a convenient underground garage parking and a large exhibit area.  

 

As a sponsor, your company benefits from exhibit space, various promotional opportunities, and the chance to network with attendees on February 25-26, 2025. Booth placement inside the conference exhibit hall is selected based on sponsor sign-up order. Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and receptions will be taking place in the exhibit hall; the breaks and networking receptions during the conference are when the most foot traffic will be in the exhibit hall. Thursday, February 27, is an add-on workshop day with no sponsor booths.
